Gevrey-Chambertin
Vieilles Vignes
An intense, precise wine blended from the estate’s finest vineyards – Créot, En Vosne and Croisette.
The Gevrey-Chambertin appellation is the most extensive in the Côte de Nuits, and one of Burgundy’s oldest wine areas. Planted entirely to Pinot Noir, it runs the full gamut of Burgundy appellations with the Premiers Crus in the North and the Grands Crus in the South. The Premiers Crus cover the upper part of the Côte, at elevations ranging from 280 to 380 metres, whilst the Village appellation stretches over brown calcic and brown limestone soils.
